Ludox offers a coaching program for ecommerce owners looking to scale their online stores. The program includes weekly calls with an assigned coach, monthly group calls, access to video content, tools, templates, a chat group with your coach, and access to an online community for networking with other entrepreneurs. The program lasts from 6 to 12 months.

2. Payment and Billing

The price of the program varies depending on the membership level and the client's goals. Payment is made through ACH transfers or payment gateway platforms. No refunds are offered after the service delivery has begun.

3. Client Responsibilities

By joining the coaching program, you commit to: Actively participate in coaching sessions and the online community. Complete tasks and activities assigned by your coach. Use Ludox services ethically and responsibly. Respect the confidentiality of the information shared in the program and the community.

4. Intellectual Property

The content of the program, including videos, tools, templates, and training materials, is the intellectual property of Ludox and is protected by copyright. It is not permitted to duplicate, reproduce, or distribute the content without the express permission of Ludox.

5. Confidentiality

Ludox is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of the client's personal and business information. The client agrees to maintain the confidentiality of the information shared in the program, the online community, and any other interactions with Ludox.

6. Termination

Ludox reserves the right to terminate the coaching program if the client violates these Terms of Service. The client may terminate the program by notifying Ludox in writing 30 days in advance.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ludox does not guarantee specific results in the coaching program. Results vary based on effort, dedication, and other individual factors. Ludox is not responsible for any losses or damages that may arise from the use of the program or the information provided therein.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved in the competent courts of that State.

9. Changes to the Terms of Service

Ludox reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new terms on our website or through other communication channels.
